黯涉總部園區(qū)位于杭州臨平城市規(guī)劃的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)，場(chǎng)地原為一片未被建造介入的城市綠地——生機(jī)、寧?kù)o、純粹，是超級(jí)城市肌理中最后一處原始留白。

什么樣的建筑形象，才能與周邊住民的在地身份產(chǎn)生共鳴？什么樣的空間策略，才能讓新的開(kāi)發(fā)延續(xù)綠意，觸動(dòng)人心？

設(shè)計(jì)師將人們的情感與真實(shí)需求置于策略核心，以“小而克制”的尺度策略嵌入場(chǎng)地，將這座時(shí)尚品牌總部塑造為一個(gè)開(kāi)放而松弛的社區(qū)。在高強(qiáng)度開(kāi)發(fā)的新城網(wǎng)格中，創(chuàng)造一組獨(dú)特的結(jié)構(gòu)與節(jié)奏，也留出人與人之間的聯(lián)結(jié)。

Located in a prominent urban core of Linping, AnShe Headquarters Park occupies a site that was once a rare piece of urban “green jade”—vibrant, peaceful, and untouched—one of the last remaining natural pockets within the ever-intensifying urban grid.

What kind of architecture can truly resonate with the identity of the local community? How can spatial transformation ensure that a building, emerging from this “green jade,” continues to evoke an emotional connection with its people?

The design places emotional resonance and genuine human needs at the core of its strategy. Through a modest and restrained approach to scale, the fashion brand’s headquarters is shaped into an open and calming community interface. Within the rigid grid of high-intensity urban development, the project introduces a distinctive structural rhythm—while making room for everyday encounters and human connection.

項(xiàng)目位于杭州臨平核心區(qū)域，毗鄰由Henning Larsen建筑事務(wù)所設(shè)計(jì)的臨平大劇院與藝尚小鎮(zhèn)等重要城市節(jié)點(diǎn)。

The project is located in the core area of Linping District, Hangzhou, close to key urban landmarks such as Linping Grand Theater designed by Henning Larsen Architects and Yishang Town.

園區(qū)規(guī)劃總用地面積約14,470平方米，由三棟主要建筑及附著式概念店組成，涵蓋辦公、展覽及品牌自營(yíng)商業(yè)等復(fù)合功能。

The total planned site area is approximately 14,470 square meters, comprising three main buildings and attached owner’s brand concept stores. The complex includes a hybrid functions: offices, exhibitions, and brand-owned retail spaces.

項(xiàng)目由milanesi | paiusco設(shè)計(jì)，未來(lái)將作為黯涉總部園區(qū)投入使用，為旗下 Chuu、NO ONE ELSE等品牌提供一體化的辦公與運(yùn)營(yíng)空間。

Designed by “milanesi | paiusco design and research”, the project will serve as the headquarters campus of AnShe, housing the integrated office and operational spaces of its brands including Chuu and NO ONE ELSE.

功能規(guī)劃?milanesi | paiusco

園區(qū)不僅服務(wù)于品牌內(nèi)部，更致力于構(gòu)建一個(gè)品牌成員、街區(qū)與城市環(huán)境共生的開(kāi)放社區(qū)。目前項(xiàng)目已完成設(shè)計(jì)階段，預(yù)計(jì)將于 2027 年建成。

It is designed not only to serve internal operations but also to establish an open community that connects the company members, the neighborhood, and the city interface. The design phase has been completed, and the project is expected to be completed by 2027.

它既是建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)框架，也象征著社會(huì)、城市、行業(yè)運(yùn)行中無(wú)所不在的秩序與聯(lián)結(jié)。與之對(duì)照的，是網(wǎng)后的 “核心”（The Core），即個(gè)體的存在與思想。

設(shè)計(jì)試圖回應(yīng)一個(gè)關(guān)鍵的問(wèn)題：

At the heart of the design is a clear metaphor:

“The Net”

This “net” is both the structural framework of the building and a symbol of the invisible order and connection among society, cities, and industries. In contrast stands “The Core”—the presence and thoughts of the individual.

The design responds to a key question:

Within the established structural order and connection of “The Net,” how can individual presence be recognized and seen?

項(xiàng)目同樣回應(yīng)了城市生活中一個(gè)兼具情緒性與社會(huì)性的現(xiàn)實(shí)議題——被置于高效卻無(wú)趣的摩登大樓之中的人們，開(kāi)始期待一種能夠觸碰自然、自由呼吸的辦公與居住體驗(yàn)?；诖?，設(shè)計(jì)回歸本真，嘗試營(yíng)造一處人、建筑與自然共生的溫柔場(chǎng)域。

Beyond the metaphor, the project also responds to a contemporary condition that is both social and emotional. In an era when daily life is often confined to efficient yet impersonal towers, there is a growing desire, among the locals, for environments that offer proximity to nature and a sense of serenity. Reflecting this shift, the project embraces a raw and pure architectural language to cultivate a gentle space where people, architecture and nature coexist.

m|p collaborated with Z+T Studio, landscape master in blending natural elements with the spirit of the site. The landscape weaves freely between the buildings, with a rich and diverse planting system that brings vibrant layers of nature to the campus and offering healing and restoration to those within the space.

隨著中國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程加速，人們對(duì)建筑的愿景正悄然轉(zhuǎn)變——從追求視覺(jué)形象和夸張?bào)w量轉(zhuǎn)向更加關(guān)注建筑如何更貼近生活層面、回應(yīng)城市環(huán)境、滿足社區(qū)需求，從而促進(jìn)人與城市空間的和諧共生。本項(xiàng)目以“非顯性介入”的策略回應(yīng)中國(guó)公眾對(duì)宜人尺度與城市共融的關(guān)注：不以體量壓迫環(huán)境，亦不刻意制造視覺(jué)沖擊，而是以一種開(kāi)放、平易的姿態(tài)嵌入街區(qū)。

As China’s urbanization process accelerates, people’s vision for architecture is shifting—from pursuing visual symbolism to focusing more on how buildings can better align with everyday life, respond to urban environment, meet community needs, and promote a harmonious coexistence between people and urban spaces. In response to the public’s growing attention to human-scale and urban integration, the project adopts a strategy of “non-dominant intervention”: instead of overwhelming its surroundings, it quietly embeds into the neighborhood with openness and restraint.

地塊原規(guī)劃為高密度的高層寫(xiě)字樓，結(jié)合人文需求、市場(chǎng)環(huán)境與周邊肌理，設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)聯(lián)合業(yè)主與規(guī)劃部門(mén)進(jìn)行多輪協(xié)商，最終將建筑高度控制在七層以內(nèi)。這一轉(zhuǎn)變不僅回應(yīng)了設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)建筑新愿景的關(guān)注，也使項(xiàng)目在城市中呈現(xiàn)出更溫和的存在方式。同時(shí)，園區(qū)通過(guò)品牌自營(yíng)的咖啡廳、餐飲與文化空間融入街區(qū)日常，構(gòu)筑一處服務(wù)企業(yè)內(nèi)部、同時(shí)對(duì)鄰里開(kāi)放的共享型社區(qū)場(chǎng)所。

Originally designated for office towers, the site was?re-imagined?through close collaboration among the design team, client, and planning authorities. The resulting scheme caps building height at seven stories—reflecting a shift toward human-scaled environments and a more contextual approach to urban integration. Brand-operated cafés,?restaurant, and cultural spaces anchor the site in daily life, fostering a shared community environment open to both brand members and neighbors.

更為溫和的體量策略之外，設(shè)計(jì)也在建造層面回應(yīng)自然：摒棄裝飾性的表象，回歸材料本身的邏輯。

項(xiàng)目核心材料——清水混凝土曾因結(jié)構(gòu)理性與建造效率而廣受推崇，如今卻常陷于“高級(jí)感”與“不可持續(xù)”的兩種誤讀之間。

While the massing remains subtle, the project carries this restraint through to its construction, emphasizing material authenticity over decorative treatments.

Once praised for its structural logic and construction efficiency, fair faced concrete—the project’s primary material—has become trapped between two misreadings: as a symbol of refined “luxury”, and as an emblem of “unsustainability”.

但這種簡(jiǎn)單的二元對(duì)立的觀點(diǎn)是否準(zhǔn)確？背后存在的問(wèn)題是否被單純化？本設(shè)計(jì)以建筑技術(shù)與材料創(chuàng)新為路徑，為清水混凝土的價(jià)值潛力和適用性評(píng)估提供了新的思路：

項(xiàng)目以混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)為切入點(diǎn)，將其作為空間組織與建筑表達(dá)的共同基礎(chǔ)。通過(guò)對(duì)承重構(gòu)件的精細(xì)調(diào)整，混凝土總用量減少約30%，整體結(jié)構(gòu)更為輕盈高效。同時(shí)，設(shè)計(jì)打破傳統(tǒng)柱網(wǎng)體系，釋放出完整、通透的辦公平面，提升空間的靈活性，為未來(lái)多樣化的使用需求預(yù)留可能。

But is this dichotomy truly accurate, or is it an oversimplification? The design explores architectural technology and material innovation as a means to reframe the potential and applicability of fair faced concrete.

The project approaches design through its concrete structure, using it as a shared foundation for both spatial organization and architectural expression. By rationalizing the load-bearing elements, the total concrete volume was reduced by approximately 30%, resulting in a lighter and more efficient structural system. At the same time, the design departs from traditional column grids, enabling clear, flexible floor space that accommodate evolving programmatic needs.

為降低環(huán)境影響，設(shè)計(jì)采用低熟料水泥，并用工業(yè)回收副產(chǎn)品替代其中約30%的水泥含量，在保持結(jié)構(gòu)性能的同時(shí)有效降低碳排放。

To reduce environmental impact, the design uses low-clinker mixes, where 30% of cement is replaced with recycled industrial byproducts, combined with smart admixtures to maintain performance while cutting emissions.

建造層面，項(xiàng)目采用更具現(xiàn)實(shí)性的混合建造策略。主體結(jié)構(gòu)沿用中國(guó)建筑行業(yè)成熟的現(xiàn)澆混凝土體系，確保施工的可控性與精度；外立面則采用預(yù)制裝配系統(tǒng)，以模塊化方式降低現(xiàn)場(chǎng)澆筑與人工強(qiáng)度，提升整體建造效率。模塊化與現(xiàn)澆體系的結(jié)合，不僅強(qiáng)化了施工控制，也使結(jié)構(gòu)的真實(shí)質(zhì)感得以最大限度地保留與呈現(xiàn)。

In terms of construction techniques, the project adopts a pragmatic hybrid strategy. The main structure employs China’s well-established cast-in-place concrete system, ensuring precision and stability. Meanwhile, the fa?ade utilizes a prefabricated assembly system, minimizing on-site casting and labor demands through modular installation. This combination strengthens construction control while preserving the tactile honesty of the material.

設(shè)計(jì)不僅在技術(shù)上尋求突破，更回應(yīng)了人們對(duì)自然與情感共鳴空間的渴望。通過(guò)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、循環(huán)材料與混合建造技術(shù)的協(xié)同，項(xiàng)目打破結(jié)構(gòu)與立面的邊界，清水混凝土被賦予新的可能，讓結(jié)構(gòu)語(yǔ)言回歸其原始的力量。

Technical innovation enables the design to meaningfully address human needs and emotional resonance. Through a synergy of structural optimization, recycled materials, and hybrid construction technologies, fair-faced concrete is given new possibilities, allowing the structural language to return to its raw strength.

建筑尚未完結(jié)，但品牌的情緒與價(jià)值，已在這片曾經(jīng)的綠地上悄然生根。它傳遞的，不是某種裝飾性的姿態(tài)，而是在高密度城市中保留的開(kāi)放尺度與自然氣息，以及可被感知的自然與真實(shí)。

The architecture is yet unfinished, but the brand’s emotions and values have already quietly taken root in this once-untouched land. What it conveys is not a decorative gesture, but an openness and natural ambiance preserved within a dense urban context, along with a tangible sense of authenticity.
